Strategy and storytelling. 20 years of it, across B2C and B2B. She works out what a brand should say and why, then makes sure it's said well. She's convinced words matter more than most people think, and she'll listen to your whole journey before she writes a single one.
Big on neuromarketing, the science of why people actually choose what they choose. Always reading, always learning something new. Happiest near the sea.

Design and creative direction
Design and creative direction. 20 years of making brands look like themselves. In his head, words turn into drawings, and his colours and lines take on personalities. Sounds odd, works brilliantly!
Sharpens his craft daily and does his best thinking on a run (every single day – sun, rain or snow!). Always up for a good argument, especially about the work.
